My Center of Gravity Tea 65 g

These gentle herbs have been known to help ease digestion, giving your stomach a much needed relaxation treatment. Sip on this delicious floral brew a half hour before a meal, or an hour after, for optimal digestion.

Put leftovers in the fridge for a refreshing herbal ice tea, and add lemon and/or a healthy sweetener to taste.

Flavour Profile: delicate honey suckle, mint notes

‘My Centre of Gravity’ botanicals include:

Mint, Lemon Balm, Burdock Root, Meadow Sweet, Salal leaf, Rose

All herbs are certified organic, organic or wild crafted

4oz bags approx. 35-45 cups of tea (as long as you use pots)

DIRECTIONS: Pour mostly hot filtered water onto 1 tablespoon of dry herbs. Cover to steep 11-15min
